Concession Manager (includes, but not limited to):
- Attends all schedules board meetings/votes
- Maintains cleanliness of building (including bathrooms)
- Confirms bathrooms are stocked with soap/paper products and in working order (reports needed repairs to President)
- Stocks and cleans concession before each game
- Confirms concession is staffed and open for all home games
- Pays Umpires/Referees
- Liaison with paid officials (supplies with balls, equipment, drinks, etc.)
- Serves as "face" of organization -- routes issues to appropriate person(s)
- Supervises the running of concession stand during games/practices
- Sells MYSA merchandise
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of concession equipment (grills, fryers, coolers, etc.)
- Turns in all monies to Treasurer at conclusion of games
- Keeps and submits all receipts to Treasurer
- Ensures all credit card transactions are processed and reported
- KEY HOLDER: Assists in ensuring access to bathrooms, equipment, and gates while park is in use
